PAYMENT
• 20% booking fee must be paid in advance to reserve the session. The balance session fee is due on the day of the session.
• Payment can be made through online transfer (NEFT), Google Pay or PayTM.
RESCHEDULING
• 48-hour notice is required for re-scheduling the session on a later date.
• The Photographer reserves the right to re-schedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. In such events, the client will be fully reimbursed or is permitted to re-schedule the session on a later date.
SESSION
• To ensure the photographer's creative process is not disturbed, no other cameras (including mobile phones) or videotaping are permitted during the session without prior consent.
• The Photographer is not responsible for any personal injury to the client or any damage to their belongings during the session. Clients are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children at all times.
DELIVERY
• A selection of the best images will be professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. The final number of images will be determined by the package selected.
• RAW or un-processed images will not be shared under any circumstances.
• Delivery of images may take up to 14 days post the shoot.
COPYRIGHT & PRIVACY
• Eyesh Photography retains the copyrights to all the images created during the photo session.
• Clients are provided a print release with their delivered images. This allows them to reproduce the images for personal use, including prints, social media sharing, and sharing with friends and family. The print release does not permit the publication, sale, or alteration of the images without the Photographer's written permission.
• Eyesh Photography reserves the right to use and publish images from your session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If you wish to keep your images private and not used for promotional purposes, please discuss this with the Photographer prior to your session. A separate privacy agreement may be required.
ARTISTIC STYLE
• The client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Photographer's portfolio and artistic style. The final images will be of a similar style, and the Photographer will have creative control during the session and in the post-processing of the images.
